SUNNY NARANG
MENTOR
Sunny is an entrepreneur, mentor and investor for start ups. He is also a pro-bono consultant and board member for many non-profits. Sunny’s passion is building coalitions and has a deep intrest in the topic of “Desinomics” i.e.a side view of Indian economic life embedded in its unique social reality. His journey has led him to work with rural enterprises to create branding, marketing linkages and leadership. Sunny’s mentorship and investment portfolio spans across cutting edge start ups, design enterprises, retail and sports businesses. In the Sports sector he has collaboratively built a dynamic sports ecology in India from football teams,to Olympic talent nurturing firms and an online sports platform.

NIKHIL SHARMA

Nikhil Paramjit Sharma is the Founder-CEO of zlait Sports Management, a New Delhi based sports management organisation that specialises in sports infrastructure, consulting & player representation. With a key personal goal of upping India’s sporting capital, Nikhil has previously been an Executive Director with I-League outfit Shillong Lajong Football Club and was key member of the inception team at NorthEast United FC in the Indian Super League. He has also coauthored an Amazon bestseller ‘India’s Football Dream’ with Shantanu Gupta which was published by Sage International. Nikhil actively teaches Sports Management and allied courses at institutions such as FIFA-CIES-Pillai (Mumbai), Global Institute of Business in Sports (Mumbai), MICA (Ahmedabad), FLAME University (Pune) and IIM Rohtak. He has published & been quoted in various articles related to sports & sports management in various media like Business Today, HT Mint, Indian Express, Hindustan Times, Ad Age, ESPN, Scroll, Homegrown & Open amongst others. He comments on cricket, football & Olympics sports on various national news channels such as Times Now, CNN News 18, Republic India, Republic Bharat & Mirror Now. He has an Engineering Degree from Pune University and an MBA from MICA Ahmedabad and has over 15 years of work experience in varied fields such as FMCG, Retail & Media along with Sports Management

Sourabh Yadav is a Co-Founder and COO of zlait Sports Management. He is professional with experience in business development, international business tie-ups, sports marketing, sales and consultancy. Worked closely with renowned brands to set up business in India while expanding new business verticals in Southeast Asia. His education endeavours include B.tech from YMCA, Faridabad, Sports Management Diploma from IISM, Mumbai and Executive Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from IIFT, Delhi. Sourabh Set-up sports infrastructure division of zlait whereby providing services in ad-hoc consulting, feasibility study, building and execution, marketing and strategic tie-ups Sourabh was instrumental in setting-up compliances for global tie-ups for partners, finalising product line, network distribution and vendors list for India and Southeast Asia. He regularly takes part in various community initiatives to give back to the sport.
